I was just running though some thoughts on FSQ website and came across this section on one of her several insights which i like to share with everyone ... is rather poetic coz it does happens to everyone i believe.. deja vu..

SMALL TALK:

a) Sometimes in life you would encounter people who could never make up their mind over problems or matters ?it is best to leave this group of person alone to sort themselves out. if not these are the same type of people who are going to blame you when the decisions that they make -turn against them.... if you have friends like that ... please leave them alone. that is why in life, we should mind ...our own business!!.

b) In life, we ought to learn how to make ourselves happy all the time and then when the happiness come the good fortune will also come...being happy is water... and if water is your most favourable element then you are supposed to be laughing and happy all the time. however if fire is your money element? then it is best for you to be angry all the time then your money CAN come?!!!??...

c) Many times when you speak to someone you will find that someone is always complaining about things not smooth or some negative things but they never say or give thanks and say positive things so they are always unhappy all the time and they are actually suffering?. it is because their mind is not at peace?. they only know how to look at a small black dirt on the tissue paper? and think their whole world is going to end. oh my??.the whole world is so big?like the tissue paper and yet they keep looking at the dirt on the tissue paper because they think and think and only look at their world from that angle?. if only they could learn how to look at life from a different angle wouldn?t they be a happy person ? if they can transform their mind?.we can call it wakening! then they can be a happier person in life. how to convert that person to make him or her look at life from that angle ? very difficult right ? well?.when they are ready to listen?THEN they can change.
FSQ NOTE: How to know if that person is really really happy ? is to watch their laughter...to see if it is a hearty laugh or no?.hohoho!!!.

So how's everyone doing? counting down to CNY i guess. preparing decorations and shopping for new clothes and thinking what to store for food for this period... heiya.. no foodcourt open.. jialak.. and hoping to avoid the crowds at the supermarket... when is the best to go grocery shopping when u dun hv to fight yr way thought eh aisle.. Mandarin oranges.. and a BIG PINEAPPLE hee hee.. is in the works.

Yesterday i was at Fuluoshou right outside the building they have stalls set up selling CNY decos at quite a good price and quite a variety too. i bought the god of prosperity n `Fu' and hanging pineapples.. RED / yellows /REDs... anything that give us the atmosphere.

and the plans to getaway this year may not be successful... is almost sinful how much they charges for a getaway package during this period... daylight robbery.. but cant say i blame this ppl... when the opportunities knock.. it knocks really hard..

oh well.. i going for teeta tette wif a frend later this evening...

honestly in this world there are some people you rather not sit with.... coz u cant stand them.. hee hee..
